To add insult to Injury I was threatened by Low balance charges becasue the Backoffice automatically upgraded the account to HSBC advance without my knowledge in June 2010 (my premier account was downgraded to Normal  account in MAY 2010)

The Whole customer expereince is horrible and it appeared...  :(  I don't feel like visiting their Branch as they are so arrogent now.

I request HSBC to reverse all my Charges and Close all my Accounts and MF asap.

This is regarding the Credit Card No. 4384599989082531.I have received a call from HSBC recovery department regarding due payment of 3953.25 Rs. which I had never used. I explained the situation to the person calling me but he was not ready to listen anything regarding this.So I am putting my again here on the complaint board expecting speedy action on the same.
I got HSBC Gold credit card number as above in around April 2008 science then I have not mad even a single transaction using this credit card. In the first statement from the HSBC there were some Repayment Protection Premium charge...

I had a credit card(master card) from HSBC. Its limit was 60000. By mistake once it can crossed the limit (Rs 61000).

From the customer point of view

1) They should never allow overlimit.
2) Even if they allow, there is a huge fine(Rs 550 each month)
3) Fine does not end for one month. It again continues for the next month also which is not correct.
4)On this end, I have canceled the card and decided to not to pay the fine amount.
5)This also leads to kind of mental torture .

I ask to seek compensation from the back regardign...

Hi,

I was holding a credit card of HSBC, I have never done any purchase/shop from this card. Now I am getting threatning calls from collection agency for paying around 95000/- to bank. Now I do not hold the same, as the card has been expired and new card has not yet issued.

Apart from those, I have checked CBIL report, which shows 95000 rs as Outstanding.

Request you please give an expert advise, so that I can remove my name from defaulters list and the overdue amount is settled.

I have a credit card of HSBC for which I ma facing a lot of problems. Firstly the statements didn't come appropriately then there executives call for the payment. As I stay in Faridabad there is no ATM or drop box there which was also confimed by there staff, and my workplace is in Udyog Vihar Gurgaon, from here the bank or the atm /drop box is really far which is also communicated to HSBC staff many times. They have taken time from me for 5 times to send there executives but no one turned up. Once a person came without informing that time I was not at home and obviously could'nt leave...

This is regarding my recent conversation with HSBC's telecaller - Pooja, who called me to pay up my pending installment for September 2006. This loan will be finished by August 2010.

Earlier I had a talk with one of the CCE regarding this & she told me including this pending installment this loan will be finished by august 2010. I hold a HSBC Gold credit card. In October, 2009 i got a call from HSBC Recovery Executive (0120-6779575) (The Executive who called me Amit Bhatia - 9911902903) for outstanding payment of i.e. Rs. 76500 & he suggest me that i can pay outstanding amount 76500 into 17 installment of Rs. 4500 per month for 17 months.

I aggreed to pay outstanding in installment as option given to me by HSBC Bank Executive.

Please Do Not Buy HDFC MediClaim They are Big Cheaters



A Medical Insurance is most needed in case of an Emergency and that is the reason why anybody takes one. We also took one Family Health Insurance Policy from HDFC Ergo, a So Called Very Famous Health Insurance arm of HDFC Bank dated 15 Dec 2012. The Biggest mistake  I made to switch from Tata AiG Health.

My Policy no. is 2825200389588301000 and my Cashless card no. is 2825200389588301000. The expiry date of my policy is 14th December 2014.

We faced an emergency situation on 03rd Feburary 2014 when my wife Mrs. Samira Surabhi Gupta suddenly had an acute stomach pain and had to be admitted at CHL Convienient Hospitals Ltd. , A B Road, Indore (contact no. - 0731-6622222). This hospital is one of the Network hospitals of HDFC Ergo. The doctors identified it as the problem of multiple stones in the Gall Bladder. I informed Third Party Administartors (TPA) and completed all the formalities.

On 04th Feburary 2014, the doctors decided to operate my wife. But, when I went to enquire about funds through TPA, they told me that HDFC Ergo has declined my claim saying that it is a new case of surgery and is not covered in the policy!!! I don't accept it as a valid reason as nothing was mentioned to me about all these things during the time I was taking the policy. Their agent never said anything that some diseases might not be covered under the policy ?

What do they cover then - Cough, Cold and fever?



I was in shock as I had to arrange for a heavy sum suddenly. I arranged the amount somehow and deposited in the hospital. Thankfully, my wife's operation was successful. All thanks to the doctors and the almighty.

But, she suffered a lot because of them. We were under a lot of mental stress just because I made a mistake of taking my Family Health Insurance from a faulty company like HDFC Ergo.

Now I have a question. Why did the HDFC Ergo agent not inform me about these things when he was running behind me to take the policy ?

At that time, he came across to me as an agent of a company which is the best in the world and never lets its policy holders' down? How come then when I needed them the most, they have shrugged off their hands?

They give big claims when they are chasing you to take the policy. The claims from HDFC Ergo to me were:

Optimum health insurance coverage at an affordable price
Option to cover on Individual or Family Floater basis
Option to choose health insurance plans from an annual or two year policy
Cumulative Bonus for each claim free year
Provides Cost of Health Check up after 4 claim free years
Cashless Claims Service across India at 4000+ network hospitals
No medical check-up upto 45 years of age
Income Tax Benefit under Section 80D of the Income Tax Act
Hassle free claims Process with minimum documentation and turn around times
No Sub-limits on any disease, room rent, hospital charges and doctor fees.*

Nothing was mentioned anywhere that certain diseases will not be covered. I am
already nearing the maturity date of the policy and yet I am not eligible for the
benefits!!! I feel like I have been cheated by HDFC Ergo. I could have gone for
some other health insurance and not wasted my time and hard-earned money on them.

There are hundreds of good health insurer providers out there.

I want them to pay me back the amount which I deposited. I have all the required
documents but don't know how to proceed. Nobody in the HDFC Ergo is guiding me on this.

I request all those who have any idea how I should go about in this, please reply
back to me. I am a disgruntled customer and I know only customers like me will be able to guide me properly on this.

Also, I request all of you to never ever go for a HDFC ERGO FAMILY HEALTH POLICY.

Poor policy from HDFC Ergo, they cheat the customers and do not pass any claim, keep you waiting in the hospital, and do not give you clear statement.

HDFC Ergo Denial for Cashless Claim due to which my Wife Suffered a Lot

We have a HDFC ERGO FAMILY HEALTH POLICY. Which cover my Son, Wife and myself. My policy no is – 2825200389588301000 and my cashless card no is – 2825200389588301000 and expiry date is 14-Dec-2014. My complaint is regarding denial of Cashless service from HDFC Ergo without any Proper Reason.

This is to state that my Wife Mrs. Samira Surabhi Gupta,  is suffering from Acute Pain in Gal Bledder . On 3rd Feb 2014 I admited her in  CHL Convienent Hospitals Ltd . which is one of the network hospital of HDFC Ergo. I inform to TPA and complete all the formalities. On 4th of Feb  Doctor decided to Operate her but that time I know through TPA that my claim is denial and reason behind that is HDFC Ergo Consultant show it is a New case of Surgery  and this is not covered in that policy. At that crucial time I arrange the Big Amount to deposite and started the treatment. Doctor saved  my Wife.

But due to insufficient funds we can not able to give her proper treatment.

I need your help to get the justice and learned them a lesson so anybody else never faced this type of problem. At the time of Policy your Agent would never tell you such problems. Even at the time of Admission Hospital will also Accept your Cashless Card.

I have all the documents regarding this matter. But I don’t know how to proceed.

Please  suggest me what to do And request all of you never ever go for a HDFC ERGO FAMILY HEALTH POLICY

Why my policy is not covered for Pregnancy.
its was migrated to HDFC ERGO. I have taken this policy from the HDFC Credit Card. Few days back I called the customer care execute for the claim. Bad Experience with Jet Airways

Sirs - I have always respected your organisation , but am sorry to say after being a loyal Jet Airways traveller - All I faced was extreme trauma and humiliation thanks to your team down the line.

I am putting this issue up in Consumer Court as well.

My Details :

I am a Platinum Card member since last 10 years and a and actually am glad I am not travelling Jet Airways as much as I used to.


History of my case and my first worst experience with Jet Airways :

I got a call from IIM Rohtak to represent AeroSoft Corp there, I had enough reward Points in my
Jet Airways Platinum Card so I thought rather than paying cash I would  reedeem my Platinum Points for Book my IDR - DEL flt no 9w 7009 for 13 Oct.

On 6 Oct 2012 I called their Jet Airways Help line no 1800 22 55 22 at a 1300 hrs to redeem my points and book a flight, which was my biggest mistake I made with Jet Airways India Ltd.

They immidiately confirmed me a seat and ask me to send me confirmation SMS and Mail which I didn't received.

On 7 Oct 2012 I again called their Jet Airways Help line no 1800 22 55 22 at a 1330 hrs to
confirm my flight and PNR ? But I got  same Auto reply

On 8 Oct 2012 I again called their Jet Airways Help line no 1800 22 55 22 at a 1030 hrs to
confirm my flight and PNR ? They gave me my PNR now and ask me to visit Airport and collect
my ticket.

I visited Airport 4 times just to collect a ticket and after long wait on 9 Oct at 1850 they
gave me print out of my ticket.



After getting my ticket in hand I was thinking that if  Jet Airways can not serve a Pilot how can we expect any Help for a notmal Pax :(

POINTS TO NOTE :

1. I hope it is clear above how many minutes we had to wait in the entire process - For a check in or for a refund - Jet Airways cannot wait 2-3 minutes for a customer ?

2. I was well within the boarding time - Everyone's watch including Ms.Leonie's showed 5.05 p.m - 25 mins ahead - so why this fuss ?

3. Why was my father who's boarding pass was stamped not told the gates are closing WHEN HE WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE- Atleast he could have called me / decided to board the flight ? He was left there standing even after boarding pass was stamped - I have this as PROOF.

4. Why was I not told that boarding gates will close in 2-3 mins - I would have atleast rushed or asked for 2-3 mins more ??? The staff at the counter were completely careless.

5. Why were we not helped out by Ms.Leonie if there was time for the luggages to be pulled out - If anyway time was 5.05 p.m.

6. Our names were not called - Witness are my co -colleagues Angshuman Chatterjee and Sunil Mathur who both took the same flight - They said they would have atleast informed us - Obviously even we did not hear it as my father was very much there !

7. Why was the post mess up service extended so bad. Is refund your only way of helping ???

8. The last supervisor who gave the refund - SHE SAYS THE ENTIRE INCIDENT WAS STAFF ERRORS AND A SERIES OF THEM - WILL JUST A SORRY DO ??

9.WHO WILL NOW TAKE CARE OF ALL THE TRAUMA MY FATHER AND I HAD TO GO THROUGH TO GET ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS MADE AND GET DELAYED BY 5 HOURS FOR NO FAULT OF OURS ?

10.ANOTHER SUCH VICTIM WAS MR.WHITE , WHO HAD CHECKED IN AT 2.30 P.M AT THE AIRPORT - AND THEY WERE SERIES OF SUCH INCIDENTS AND PASSENGERS SCREAMING FOR OTHER FLIGHTS AS WELL AT COUNTERS IN MUMBAI AIRPORT. - you can investigate.

I NEED DETAILED RESPONSES TO THE ABOVE ISSUES RAISED.
